Hicks most recent experience as Chief Engagement Officer for The Catalyst Group paired with years of developing familiar brands like Blockbuster, Gold’s Gym, and Massage Heights have prepared him for the role of CMO at ZIPS. Hicks plans to accelerate the growth of ZIPS by focusing on delivering programs that drive trial, increase traffic and grow member retention.
