Can I use any location?
Yes, our memberships are good at any of our Zips Car Wash locations that accept wash club memberships.
How do I cancel?
All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the anniversary billing date by calling 1-855-ZIPS-WASH (1-855-947-7927) or emailing email@example.com.
(Please be advised if you are unable to get through on the phone, our lines may be busy so please either email us or try back again later.)
Can I suspend my account?
Yes, if there is a reason for which you are unable to use your membership for a month or longer, we can cancel the billing so that you are not being charged during that time. You will still have a membership, but it will not be active until you reinstate at the site, or give us a call, or send an email to get your membership working again.
I got a new car, what do I do?
Visit your local Zips Car Wash and let an attendant know that you currently have a membership, but you have a new vehicle and need to update your vehicle information and get a new RFID tag. They will take care of everything for you!
What if I want to upgrade my membership?
You can call, email or visit your local Zips Car Wash and let them know. We can get that changed to whichever package you would like at any time.
Can I use this membership on more than one vehicle?
No, each membership is tied to a certain vehicle. The RFID stickers that we place on your windshield allow for that vehicle to pass into the car wash. We must issue one for each vehicle because once removed, the tag is ruined and will not scan.
