What are the terms and conditions of my membership?

Zips Unlimited Wash Club provides unlimited washes while your membership is active. Zips Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program from time to time, as it feels necessary. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.  Members may upgrade to a higher wash club and pay the difference at time of wash. Only the car listed on this form is eligible for the program and must have a Zips RFID tag affixed to the vehicle. Damaged tags should be reported to Zips Car Wash immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy the tag and keep it from operating. The member will be charged for tag replacement. Member must notify Zips Car Wash of any change in vehicle ownership. By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club Program, I agree that the credit card provided can be charged monthly on the anniversary of the join date for the Clean It Wash Club/Good Unlimited Wash Club, monthly on the anniversary of the join date for the Shine It Club/Unlimited Best Unlimited Wash Club Program, monthly on the anniversary of the join date for the Wax It Wash Club/Mr. Zippy’s Power Shine Wash Club, monthly on the anniversary of the join date for the Protect It Wash Club. Sales tax will be added where applicable. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. No rain checks for unused days due to weather or otherwise. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase an Unlimited Club Membership. Our mobile text messages are intended for subscribers over the age of 13 and are delivered via USA short code 99000. You may receive up to [4] message(s) per month for [1 year]. Message and data rates may apply. Promotional pricing remains in effect as long as account is active. Customer must cancel membership 7 days prior to the anniversary billing date by visiting their local Zips or emailing us at washclubs@zipscarwash.com to avoid charges for the following billing cycle.  Sales tax will be added where applicable.

Can I use any location?

Yes, our memberships are good at any of our Zips Car Wash locations that accept wash club memberships.

What if I want to upgrade my membership?

You can call, email or visit your local Zips Car Wash and let them know. We can get that changed to whichever package you would like at any time.

I sold my car, what do I do now?

No problem! Please visit your local Zips and let the staff know that you have an account and will need a new RFID sticker for your windshield.

I got a new car, what do I do?

Visit your local Zips Car Wash and let an attendant know that you currently have a membership, but you have a new vehicle and need to update your vehicle information and get a new RFID tag. They will take care of everything for you!

Can I use this membership on more than one vehicle?

Unfortunately not, each membership is tied to a certain vehicle. The RFID stickers that we place on your windshield allow for that vehicle to pass into the car wash. We must issue one for each vehicle because once removed, the tag is ruined and will not scan.

Can I suspend my account?

Yes, if there is a reason for which you are unable to use your membership for a month or longer, we can cancel the billing so that you are not being charged during that time.  You will still have a membership, but it will not be active until you reinstate at the site or send an email to get your membership working again.

How do I cancel?

All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the anniversary billing date by filling out the form on our Current Members page, emailing washclubs@zipscarwash.com or visiting your local Zips Car Wash.
