ZIPS Unlimited™ Members live life in the clean and shiny lane with daily car washes, access to our complimentary self-serve detailing amenities, and washing privileges across our entire network of car wash facilities. There are a number of ways that you can sign up for our ZIPS Unlimited™ program and processes may differ slightly depending on where you sign up.

Enjoy the convenience of finding the best membership option for you, from wherever you are right on your mobile device! We make it convenient to purchase your membership online and then complete a brief activation process at a nearby location with a Team Member.  This is where you get your unique tag which makes things really official – you’ll be saving and shining like a Pro!

I completed my purchase of a membership online. Now what do I do?

    Head to the ZIPS location that you selected during the offer redemption process. Share your confirmation email and temporary membership identifier with an on-site ZIPS associate.     What if I can’t find my confirmation email that’s needed for activation?

      Can I complete my activation at any ZIPS location?

        How many times can I wash with a membership?

        As long as your local ZIPS is open, Members enjoy up to 2 car washes per day, 7 days a week for as long as the membership is active!

        I got a new car, what do I do?

        Don’t sweat it! Just visit your local Zips Car Wash and let an attendant know that you currently have a membership, but you got a new car and need to update your vehicle information to get a new RFID tag. They’ll take care of everything for you!

        Can I use this membership on more than one vehicle?

        Unfortunately, no-can-do. Each membership is tied to a specific car. The RFID stickers that we place on your windshield allow for that vehicle to pass through the car wash. We have to issue one for each vehicle because once removed, the tag is ruined and won’t scan properly.

        How do I cancel?

        All cancellation requests must be made 7 days prior to the anniversary billing date. Call (855) 947-7927. Our Call Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.
