Zips Unlimited Wash Club makes it easy to always have a clean car and protect your investment. For a low monthly fee you can enjoy one of these three options. Currently, the Zips Unlimited Wash Club is only available at the following Zips locations:
- Can I use any location?
o Yes, our memberships are good at any of our Zips Car Wash locations that accept wash club memberships.
- How do I cancel?
o All cancelations must be done by the 28th of the month, by calling 1-855-ZIPSWASH or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org (please be advised that if you are unable to get through on the phone, our lines may be busy, so please either email us or try back again later.)
- Can I suspend my account?
o Yes, if there is a reason that you are unable to use it for a month or so, we can suspend the account so that you are not being charged during that time. It’s actually the better option than canceling because you will not have to resubmit all of your information again. All you have to do is give us a call or send an email and that’s all it takes to get your membership working again.
- I got a new car, what do I do?
o All you have to do is go to your local Zips Car Wash and let an attendant know that you currently have a membership, but that you got a new vehicle and just need to update your vehicle information and get a new RFID tag. They will take care of everything for you!
- What if I want to upgrade my membership?
o You can call, email, or visit your local Zips Car Wash and let them know. We can get that changed to whichever package you would like, at any time.
- Can I use this membership on more than one vehicle?
o Unfortunately, each membership is tied to a certain vehicle. The RFID stickers that we place on your windshield allow for that vehicle to pass into the car wash. We have to issue one for each vehicle, because once removed the tag is ruined and will not scan.
